Basically, responsive website design is utilized for viewing your website on a smartphone (iPhone, etc.), tablet (iPad, etc.) or desktop PC, as it will be formatted for that specific device or screen automatically. With no need for “pinch and scroll” viewing, which is frustrating for mobile viewers, and could lose their interest quickly. Ultimately they could go to your competitor who has a correctly formatted website.
